Captain & Lead Engineer
VEX Robotics Team 21052A
Nov 2022 - Apr 2025

I joined my school's VEX robotics team in its infancy, in 2022. Since then, I served as captain of Five Rings Robotics (Team 21052A) for the 2023/24 season, leading the team to qualify for the World Finals in Dallas of that season. The year after, I served as Lead Engineer for the A team, introducing a new drivetrain setup and improved techniques for stability and reliabilty that helped us develop significantly over the previous year.

  • Directed a six-member robotics team to qualify for and compete in the 2024 VEX World Finals in Dallas, Texas.
  • Directed engineering across mechanical, electrical, and coding decisions during the project lifecycle.
  • Co-authored and maintained a 100+ page engineering notebook documenting design rationale and product testing./li>
  • Expanded team presence through social media management and STEM outreach programs in the local community.

Football for All
Nov 2022 - Mar 2025

Started with my friends in Fall 2022, the main aim of this group has always been to use football as a tool to connect our community and support the most vulnerable, be it financially or emotionally. I served as Co-President from Fall 2023 to Spring 2025.

  • Oversaw the organization of four school-wide charity football events, raising funds for local EVAM refugee center and drawing attendance of over 100 people per event.
  • Coordinated logistics with school administration to secure event venues and approval for large-scale student events.
  • Directed 30+ student volunteers, delegating tasks to ensure smooth execution of large-scale events.
